Current allegations

Thousands of former and current victims of abuse while attending colleges throughout the country are now coming forward to hold their colleges accountable for failing to protect them from abuse and for not taking their allegations of abuse seriously.

Schools such as Louisiana State University® (LSU®) received numerous accusations of abuse, yet failed to investigate the allegations and continued to allow those accused to play on athletic teams. In some cases, one athlete was accused more than once, yet was not investigated.

Those that have been victimized while attending college are encouraged to come forward. Receiving a legal case review is 100% free and comes with no obligation.
