Manhattan Urologist Sexually Abused High School Intern, Adult & Child Patients

Recently filed lawsuits accuse Manhattan urologist Dr. Darius Paduch of sexual assaults when they were teenagers and patients at his New York clinic.

Another lawsuit filed by a 16-year-old former intern accuses Dr. Paduch of sexual abuse on multiple occasions in Paduch’s office at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Newspaper reports and court filings describe how the latest accusers suffered sexual abuse that included:

  • Being shown pornography;
  • Other sex acts performed in exam rooms;
  • Sexual abuse under the disguise of medical treatment.

The most recent lawsuits claim that New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and Northwell Health—where Paduch still works—failed to investigate claims and take appropriate action to protect victims after complaints were made.
